NYS Licensed Histology Supervisor OR Histology Supervisor

Position Details:

• Role: Histology Supervisor
• Location: Westchester County, NY
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Full time permanent position)
• Salary Range: $95,000 - $108,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the histology department.
• Assign tasks, review work, and provide guidance to histology staff.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Histotechnologist (HTL) certification preferred.
• NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
