The Nutrition Services Administrator plays a vital role in providing essential clerical support related to the nutritional care and food service for patients. This position ensures that all dietary needs are met according to the orders provided by Physicians and Dietitians, facilitating proper meal service and efficient assembly of patient food trays. Additionally, the Nutrition Services Administrator will assist in kitchen operations as needed.

Requirements:
- License or Certification:
  • Food Handlers course as required by state or county regulations.
- Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Minimum one year of experience as a Diet Clerk/Nutrition Services Clerk in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
