What You'll Do - Design and deploy Nutanix HCI clusters aligned with business goals
- Install, configure, and upgrade Nutanix AOS, Prism Central/Element, AHV, and Cisco UCS hardware
- Lead capacity planning and performance tuning of hyper-converged environments
- Integrate third-party backup, DR, and security solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Nutanix Mine)
- Automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance with Nutanix Insights and other tools
- Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with ISO, SOC, GDPR
- Support storage replication, network configurations, and RBAC implementation
What You Bring - 3-5+ years of experience in Nutanix HCI environments
- Strong virtualization skills (AHV, VMware ESXi, or Hyper-V)
- Experience with Prism tools, performance troubleshooting, and DR planning
- Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Great documentation skills (Confluence, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and explain complex topics simply
- Independent, detail-oriented, and eager to adopt emerging technologies
Preferred Certifications - Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) - Level 1 or higher
- Nutanix Certified Advanced Professional (NCAP)
