Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee various aspects of our pediatric, adult, and senior caregiving programs. This is a hybrid office & field-based position. This dynamic position will work with pediatric kiddos and families as well as adults & seniors through our private pay program and state funded programs. Our caregiver programs are growing in & around the St. Louis area and we are excited to add a RN to help coordinate and oversee the programs. In this RN role, you will have the opportunity to build a nursing team and make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
Opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy
Observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
Follow state approved care plan.
Lead quarterly Nurse Meetings
Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MO
Home Care experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Strong and compassionate customer service skills
Valid driver's license
