Responsibilities:
The Nurse Manager-Medical/Surgical Unit will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing and education program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's from an accredited school of nursing required
- Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience
- Nursing Education Experience preferred
- Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- Maintains Current BLS, ACLS certifications
Perferred Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of EPIC a plus.
- Med Surg or National Nursing Certification
