Saint Alphonsus Health System, Idaho's only hospital system recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers for 2025, is looking for a Nurse Manager to lead our Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU and SDU team at our Level II Trauma Center in Boise, Idaho.


This position will be located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for Idaho's only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, part of a Level II Trauma and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled Fellowship trained and Boarded Specialty and Sub-Specialty providers.
  • Mentor colleagues, ensuring professional growth and a supportive environment.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and program development in our pursuit of clinical excellence in this specialty.

Qualifications:

  • Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, 2+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
  • BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
