About the Role
As our Administrator, you'll lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose-helping guide a talented team in providing the highest standard of care. What We're Looking For
- A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting-preferably with a stable tenure in one organization.
- A natural leader who inspires trust and positivity, with a heart for mentoring others.
- Proven success in employee retention, recruitment, and culture-building.
- A commitment to excellence in resident care and operational performance.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Create and sustain a work culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered.
- Lead recruitment and retention strategies that help our team grow stronger.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a visible and approachable leader for staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications & Experience for Nursing Home Administrator
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Colorado.
- 3-5 years of executive leadership experience in a Senior Housing community.
- Proven experience in personnel management, relationship sales, and strategic/operational planning.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Proficiency in relevant technology for the position.
- Knowledge of third-party reimbursement systems preferred.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, or Entry Fee Community guidelines preferred.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Ability to handle objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing; occasional travel may be required.
- Comfortable with frequent interruptions and interactions with team members, residents, family members, and visitors.

Associate Executive Director (NHA Required) $108,600- $132,750
