Nursing Education Specialist

Seeking an experienced Nurse Education Specialist to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing training programs, ensuring quality patient care and professional development.

•  Lead educational initiatives, serve on hospital committees, and act as a resource within the community.

•  Assess staff educational needs, integrate evidence-based practices, and evaluate program effectiveness.

•  Maintain current nursing competencies, foster collaborative partnerships, and promote continuous improvement.

•  Require Master's in Nursing, 3+ years of experience, RN licensure, and strong skills in planning, assessment, and team education.

•  Work Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, supporting staff development and organizational excellence.
