Nurses-RN & LPN 7a

This LPN/RN Hall Nurse position provides nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
•  Reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing, with no direct reports.
•  Requires graduation from an approved LPN/RN program, current CPR certification, and valid licensure.
•  Responsibilities include resident assessment, medication administration, care planning, documentation, and ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
•  Maintains resident rights, confidentiality, and advocates for resident well-being.
•  Participates in team coordination, training, and emergency procedures.
•  Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and physical ability to manage resident care.
•  Full-time with benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
•  Experience in geriatrics preferred; must be willing to relocate to Plymouth, NC.
