Job Description: As a Nursery Staff member, you will play a vital role in shaping the early development of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Fostering positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress.
Qualifications and Requirements: To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Pediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
