Nursery Manager - Full-Time Ealing

Axcis are seeking a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to lead and grow a thriving nursery. We're looking for a dynamic Nursery Manager to join our team full-time at our well-established nursery in Ealing. The camp currently cares for 50-60 children, with exciting plans to expand to 150 places - and they need a strong leader to help us grow while maintaining our high standards of care and education.

The Role:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
  2. Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated staff team
  3. Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding
  4. Drive the expansion and support the nursery's development strategy
  5. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and external agencies
What We're Looking For:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior role within early years
  2. Proven leadership and team management skills
  3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
  4. Passionate, proactive, and highly organised
  5. Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare
