Nursery Manager - Full-Time Ealing
Axcis are seeking a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to lead and grow a thriving nursery. We're looking for a dynamic Nursery Manager to join our team full-time at our well-established nursery in Ealing. The camp currently cares for 50-60 children, with exciting plans to expand to 150 places - and they need a strong leader to help us grow while maintaining our high standards of care and education.
The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated staff team
- Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding
- Drive the expansion and support the nursery's development strategy
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, staff, and external agencies
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior role within early years
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Passionate, proactive, and highly organised
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare
