Edenbrook of Green Bay is a 5- Star skilled nursing facility located in Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network. We are recruiting positive, happy, and reliable Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurses to join our team.
Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Warrior. The successful candidate will provide excellent care to our patients and ensure their speedy recovery.
Position: Nurse Weekend Warrior/ Baylor Program
Our program is catered to Weekend Warriors who will work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays; to qualify, 36 hours (3- 12 hour shifts) must be worked during the weekend, and you'd be paid as if you worked 40 hours. As long as you come in on time and don't call off. Weekend Warriors will also receive weekend and shift differentials. However, they would not be eligible to receive sign-on bonuses. This is a great opportunity for those looking to work extra hours while having the flexibility and potential to pick up extra hours or work another job on the side.
Key Responsibilities:
Work a minimum of 32 hours each weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Uphold punctuality and attendance standards to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Provide exceptional service to residents and visitors during your shifts.
Job Description
To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
Requirements

Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
A natural problem solver
Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
Are you:
Customer service orientated
A Registered Nurse- RN, Nurse RN, New Grad RN, Nursing student, or a Travel Nurse/ Travel Contract RN that is looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
Experienced in long-term care preferred
Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
