This Nursing Supervisor of Acute Renal Dialysis Services will supervise approximately 15 employees. This unit achieves high quality scores and truly provides comprehensive, patient-care services which are not typically available through other for-profit dialysis centers. The Acute Renal Dialysis Nurse Supervisor will run and evaluate the clinical operations, programs and resources of the assigned clinical area/facility to assure the safe and appropriate delivery of diagnostic and/or therapeutic patient care.
The RN Supervisor of Acute Renal Dialysis will ensure that all activities are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner and in compliance with organizational values, professional standards, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. The Acute Renal Dialysis Nurse Supervisor will participate in the development of, and implements new clinical systems/programs to enhance existing services and raise the standard of care for the patient population served.
The Dialysis Acute Renal Nurse Supervisor will plan, manage and evaluate the work of clinical and administrative staff in accordance with the content, spirit and intent of applicable internal/external regulations and standard for human resource management. Ensures that employees are qualified and properly trained to perform assigned job duties. Holds regular staff meetings and keeps employees apprised of all matters relevant to successful job performance.
