Job Summary: The Nurse (RN or LPN) provides direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervises nursing assistants, and ensures residents' health and safety.
Monitor residents conditions and assess needs for optimal care. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed. Perform routine charting per established policies. Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.
