What You'll Do:
Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds
Develop and implement personalized care plans
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
Document status and care for new admissions
What We're Looking For:
Current CA State RN License and Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in wound care, with a solid understanding of treatment protocols and best practices.
EMR proficiency; SNF experience and Wound Care Certification a plus
