Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Critical Care

Schedule: Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day or night)
Flexible commitment: 5-13 shifts per month
Pay Rate: $100-$120 per hour
Teams: Day team: 3 MDs + 3 APPs; Night team: 1 MD + 2 APPs

Join a high-performing critical care team in the heart of Nashville. We're seeking an experienced and procedure-skilled NP or PA to provide top-tier ICU care in a collaborative hospital environment.

What We're Looking For:
Active Tennessee license and DEA
Board Certified (ACNP or AGACNP preferred)
Able to provide case logs
Must be proficient in ICU procedures: central lines, arterial lines, intubation
