Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead skin and wound care teams in Oregon (Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville).

•  Provide expert wound assessment, care, and treatment, including dressing application and minor procedures.

•  Lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate virtually with specialists, and oversee patient progress.

•  Travel weekly for wound rounds and house calls within assigned regions.

•  Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and develop personalized treatment plans.

•  Require 1-2 years wound care experience (training available), valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active DEA, and licensure.

•  Work Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm, with no nights or weekends.
