001 Seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Oncology/Hematology position. Shift(s) Description: Days (shift is negotiable) + On call Weekend Requirements: 10 days per month, including some weekends On Call Requirements: 10 days per month, including some weekends
• 15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
• 3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
• Full-time negotiable schedule
• On call 10 days per month
• Outpatient Practice Setting
• 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
• 25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
• 2 Physicians in Practice
• EMR - EPIC
• Medical Center invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which includes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care. Featuring a defined referral source from our employed and affiliated primary.
• MC is a 186-bed acute care community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission, and a full service hospital serving a population of approximately 98,000.
• New patient care tower in 2024. The 115,000-square-foot, multi-story addition will add 55 new private patient rooms, a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department.
• 1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience) is REQUIRED
• Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

• Board Certified NP/PA
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
• Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal (note experience in "Experience" field)
• Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes (note experience in "Experience" field
• At least 1 year of Hem/Onc NP clinical employment experience in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting - NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience (note in "Experience" field)
• Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
