Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time Primary Care opportunity.
Requirements:
GA license; active and in good standing
Minimum two year's experience in a busy primary care setting
Ability to work with all age ranges but average range is 15 yrs and above.
Duties:
Office based practice to include physical exams, chronic disease management, hospital follow-ups, sick visits, Medicare wellness exams, women's health, and sports physicals.
Schedule is Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
No after hours call requirement
