We are seeking an like-minded Endocrinology Advanced Practitioner to join our organization's expanding endocrine team

Job DetailsWhat You Will Be Doing
Review patient's history, reports, and examination results; perform physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to determine diagnosis and design individualized treatment plans
Evaluate and diagnose patients with hormonal diseases and endocrine conditions
Provide comprehensive diabetes care with support from CDE/RD services
Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
Maintain complete and accurate medical records
Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure quality care
Skills You Need
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within endocrinology
