Job Posting: Advanced Practice Provider - Employee Health/Urgent Care
Location: Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Employee Health/Urgent Care team in Killington, VT. In this role, you will provide walk-in and appointment-driven care to employees, including pre- and new hire screenings, immunizations, vaccinations, and injury triage. You will work closely with the Medical Director and administrative leader to deliver comprehensive healthcare services and ensure the well-being of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide walk-in and appointment-based care for employees
- Perform physical and psychological examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays and lab work
- Consult with specialists as needed and evaluate patient care outcomes
- Maintain detailed patient records and write progress notes on treatments and procedures
Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in Nursing or graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program
- NP or PA experience required
- Vermont State Registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certification by the appropriate certifying body (e.g., ANCC for NP, NCCPA for PA)
- Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to assess medical conditions, interpret findings, and maintain records
- Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
