Job Details

Nurse Practitioner:

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct in-home assessment and evaluations to chronc care patients.

$15K Sign-on Bonus
Flexible work schedule
Paid Mileage

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
Prefer 3 or more years clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Adult/Internal Medicine, Geriatric care or related
Active OR License or ability to gain licensure
Driver's license in good standing
BLS Certified
