Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Wellness Center
Location: Victorville, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical annual wellness visits
- Utilize chronic condition codes for documentation
- Review patient history, ensure Medicare compliance
- Manage 12 patients/day, 30-minute slots
Requirements:
- 2+ years of primary care experience
- Valid NP/PA license
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines
Compensation:
- Total: $160,000 - 170,000
