Position Highlights:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance
• Work-Life Balance - No weekends or evenings, Monday-Friday schedule
• Supportive Team: Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians and clinicians who work together in a team-based approach to patient care
• Patient Care: Involved in clinical management, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, patient education, and consultation

Qualifications:

• Arizona NP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR, BLS, ACLS certifications
• Prescriptive authority & DEA license
