A leading provider in advanced wound care and feeding tube management is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their clinical team. This role involves extensive travel to deliver hands-on care in various settings, focusing on improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital readmissions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds.
- Perform specialized procedures and monitor treatment plans.
- Develop personalized care plans and educate patients and staff.
- Maintain communication with healthcare professionals and document patient progress.
- Identify workflow improvements and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited NP program, active WA license, national certification, and DEA registration. Experience in wound care is required.
