About the Role:

Whether in the clinic, at the bedside, or in the OR, your role will be vital to improving outcomes for patients facing complex neurological conditions.
What You'll Do:
You ll be the bridge between our physicians and patients, playing a hands-on role in comprehensive care. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and managing both acute and chronic conditions
- Assisting in procedures, administering medications and injections, and performing wound suturing
- Triaging patient concerns and managing clinical follow-ups
- Participating in hospital rounds and taking after-hours/weekend call rotation
- Educating patients and families, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the care journey
- Collaborating with our integrated care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
Physical & Emotional Demands:
- Mobility required for sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting during patient interaction
- Ability to assist in patient transfers and respond calmly in high-pressure situations
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
What You Bring:
- Bachelor s degree and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or RNFA program
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona and national certification (RNFA)
- Board Certification, DEA license, and current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of NP experience in a hospital, pain clinic, or PM&R clinic
- Experience in neurosurgery is highly preferred we re looking for someone ready to contribute at the top of their game

Compensation Information:
$120000.00 / Annually - $130000.00 / Annually
