Nurse Practitioner

Seeking licensed Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for part-time, in-person roles providing high-quality primary care at skilled nursing facilities.

•  Offers flexible weekend and holiday shifts starting around 7 AM, with charting completed off-site.

•  Responsibilities include daily rounding, prescribing medications, and managing patient care within SNFs.

•  Requires active PA/NP license, DEA license, and experience with EMR systems; SNF/post-acute care experience preferred.

•  Compensation up to $165,000 annually based on productivity, with malpractice coverage, training, and all practice expenses covered.

•  Physical ability to move within facilities and communicate effectively required.
