Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner - PPV provides compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented care in palliative and hospice settings.

•  Responsibilities include patient assessments, symptom management, education, and coordinating with medical teams and families.

•  Performs routine, emergency, recertification, and outpatient visits, prescribing medications and ordering tests within scope.

•  Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, documents accurately, and supports care goals and advanced care planning.

•  Requires a Master s degree in Nursing, NP licensure, and experience (1+ year for hospice, 5+ years for palliative).

•  Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are essential; must be licensed, certified, and able to work flexible hours.
