Nurse Practitioner

Seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for in-person SNF care with flexible, weekend, and holiday shifts, starting around 7AM.
•  Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care, manage clinical rounds, prescribe treatments, and document in proprietary and facility EHR systems.
•  Responsibilities include timely documentation, phone/secure messaging consultations, and ensuring optimal patient care.
•  Must be physically able to move within facilities, communicate effectively, and lift at least 25 pounds.
•  Requirements include valid PA/NP license, active DEA, and preferably SNF experience.
•  Compensation up to $165,000/year, plus malpractice coverage, productivity bonuses, equipment coverage, and training opportunities.
