Nurse Practitioner

Full-time Nurse Practitioner position welcoming new grads, specializing in home risk assessments in Johnstown, PA.

•  Conduct up to one-hour comprehensive health visits, including assessments, medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

•  Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and caregivers across home, SNF, and community settings.

•  Benefits include a salary of $101,700-$132,800, plus bonuses, medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, holidays, and mileage reimbursement.

•  Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent, valid state RN and NP licensure, certification (AANP, ANCC, AACCN), CPR/BLS, 1+ year NP experience, and ability to travel up to 15%.
