POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Longevity Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care for a Medical's state-of-the-art clinic. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care & Treatment
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, striving for excellence in all interactions with patients and team members
Conduct comprehensive executive physical exams, integrating clinical assessments, lab data, body composition, and fitness metrics to identify risks and optimize patient health.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address medical, physiological, and psychological aspects of patient care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe appropriate medications, and manage ongoing care plans.
Identify opportunities for preventive care and actively engage in medication review, prescribing, and de-prescribing as needed.
Continuously learn and grow in the field of longevity medicine with a humble healer mindset
Coordinate referrals to specialists such as dermatology, neurology, endocrinology, and other relevant disciplines as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, personal trainers, nutritionists, and other health professionals, to deliver seamless care.
Serve as a patient advocate by providing education, support, and guidance to empower informed decision-making.
Utilize advanced communication skills to address complex patient scenarios, improve care processes, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Deliver presentations in the community on educational topics related to health and wellness
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes, summaries, and clinical updates, in alignment with the standards for quality and service.
Participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and risk/quality management programs as required.
Additional Contributions
Actively contribute to the evaluation and improvement of care delivery systems.
Engage in professional development activities to stay at the forefront of longevity medicine.
Perform approved invasive procedures independently after competency documentation.
Support the integration of fitness, nutrition, and purpose coaching into the patient care model.

Demonstrated record of excellent customer service and patient experience

Must be detail-oriented, and able to pay close attention to patient charts, medications, and follow-up on details of patient care
Tech-savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
This position may require 10% of local travel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
Current Board Certification in family practice or adult primary care and licensure in the State of practice required
Board certification by American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine (A4M), Institute for Functional Medicine, or American College of Lifestyle Medicine is preferred
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required
Current DEA number from the DEA for schedule II-V controlled substances required
5 years of clinical experience required
