Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Nurse Practitioner at Horizon Care Services. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to elderly and disabled individuals in need of short-term and long-term care. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and ensuring the well-being of patients.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing medical care and treatment to elderly and disabled individuals
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop care plans
- Proficiency in administering medications and following treatment protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of healthcare and elder care community services
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's degree in Nursing
