Position Overview - Role: Nurse Practitioner, Hematology/Oncology Specialty
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (3-5 days per week)
- No weekends or holidays required
- Occasional on-call shifts depending on practice needs
- Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic schedules and provide comprehensive care to Hematology/Oncology patients
- Assist with infusion clinic needs, covering acute cases as part of a rotating schedule
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary medical team
- Primarily outpatient role with optional inpatient rounding for those experienced
- Handle a caseload of 10-15 patients per day
- Clinical documentation is essential, and experience with Cerner is a plus
- Complex decision-making abilities and the ability to work independently with new patients
Requirements - Certification: Board-certified NP (AANP/ANCC)
- Licensure: Ohio license or willingness to obtain
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an ambulatory or acute care NP role (excluding RN experience or training)
- Preferred background in Hematology/Oncology
- Professional Attributes:

- Clean malpractice record and current licensure
