Long-Term Care Pulmonary Consultants and Preferred Healthcare welcome you to a rapidly growing team, specializing in ventilator management and pulmonary consults in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team and provide in-person care primarily in the nursing facilities.

There is a position open in both Cincinnati and Columbus Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pulmonary care to a geriatric population with complex, chronic conditions
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams across various settings
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation and adhere to best practices in clinical care
  • Foster meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and facility staff

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in geriatrics or chronic disease management
  • Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
  • Proficient in electronic health records and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to be trained in pulmonary medicine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year with additional bonus structure

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities

Experience:

  • Primary care or Pulmonary or nursing facility: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Ohio Nurse Practitioner License (Required)

Ability to Commute:
