Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem (minimum of 2 days per week)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Qualifications:
Active NY State License
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
At least 6 months of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Conduct physical exams and diagnostic tests to assess and treat conditions
Provide education on health maintenance, hygiene practices, and diet modifications
Perform minor procedures such as wound care, cuts, and injuries
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and lab work
Provide behavioral health counseling and collaborate with healthcare teams
