We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with potential for increased per-visit rates and additional compensation for qualifying tests. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car based on eligibility). Conduct assessments focusing on overall health, medication history, and physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Must have a Master's degree and state license; willingness to travel preferred. Job types include full-time, part-time, contract, and travel nursing.
