We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment. Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives. Must have a state license and a Master's degree. Travel required (50% preferred). Focus on overall health and well-being without prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens.
