We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment. Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model. Independent contractor position with 1099 status. Pre-scheduled in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being. Malpractice coverage and travel support may be provided. Must have a state license and a Master's degree. Willingness to travel 50% preferred. Job types include full-time, part-time, contract, and travel nursing.
