We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with potential for increased per-visit rates and additional compensation for qualifying tests. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives. Focus on overall health assessments, medication reviews, and physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Must have a Master's degree and state license. Job types include full-time, part-time, PRN, and travel nursing. Pay starts at $80 per hour with bonus opportunities.
