We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with potential for increased per-visit rates and additional compensation for qualifying tests. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives. Conduct assessments focusing on overall health and barriers to care without prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens. Must have a state license and a Master's degree.
