We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment. Potential to increase per-visit rate by up to 160% based on location. Short-term or long-term contracts available. Malpractice coverage and travel support may be provided. Independent contractor status with a flexible schedule. State license required; Medicaid license preferred. Focus on overall health and well-being without prescribing medications or altering treatment regimens.
