The Nurse Manager of Quality and Improvement will report to the Senior Director of Operations and will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance, patient safety, and performance improvement activities. This Manager will work closely with specialists in Accreditation, Infection Control, and Risk Management.

Expertise in clinical best practices and data-driven decision-making will be crucial as you lead the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies throughout the hospital and the health system. The Quality Assurance and Improvement Nurse Manager will get the chance to work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, department heads, and nursing staff, to assess current practices and identify areas for improvement.

The RN Manager of Quality Improvement will be responsible for managing the hospital's quality improvement programs, developing and monitoring performance indicators, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading continuous education efforts for staff. This person will spearhead collection and analysis of system-wide data around patient care and outcomes. The Manager will work to identify trends, study and implement corrective actions, and will work with leaders to develop best practices to be followed across all departments.
