Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of quality patient care that aligns with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support the nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and administrative oversight.
- Coordinate performance improvement activities and utilize appropriate benchmarks.
- Prepare and analyze data for clinical activities and regulatory compliance.
- Manage admissions and discharges to ensure effective clinical management and discharge planning.
- Maintain operational leadership and ensure all departmental goals are met.
- Provide administrative coverage and support for the Nursing Department as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of acute care hospital experience.
- At least two (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
