Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of quality patient care that aligns with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and support the nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and administrative oversight.
  • Coordinate performance improvement activities and utilize appropriate benchmarks.
  • Prepare and analyze data for clinical activities and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage admissions and discharges to ensure effective clinical management and discharge planning.
  • Maintain operational leadership and ensure all departmental goals are met.
  • Provide administrative coverage and support for the Nursing Department as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of acute care hospital experience.
  • At least two (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
