Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices, particularly in memory care and geriatrics. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality care delivery, effective utilization management, and compliance with infection control protocols.

Duties
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care.
Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop discharge planning strategies for patients.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs to implement appropriate care plans.
Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems such as Athenahealth.
Provide guidance on geriatric care practices, ensuring the highest standards of memory care are met.

Requirements
BSN Required or Masters Degree (nursing, healthcare or business management preferred )
