Job Details
Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health (Psych)
Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health
Oversees nearly 100 employees, including RNs and Techs across multiple inpatient & outpatient sites
The Nurse Manager will lead and drive crisis intervention in the emergency department, escalation, stabilization, restraints expert, etc.
Qualifications:
BSN Degree
Master's preferred
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years progressive management experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Psych or related speciality
Experience with Pediatric / Adolescent Psych patients preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication
Proven ability to lead, mentor and train staff
BLS Certified
Certified Psychiatric Nurse preferred
Active GA RN license or ability to gain licensure
