An excellent opportunity is now available for a Clinical Manager Home Health for a non profit Healthcare Organization in the Eastern Washington
The Home Health Manager will report to the Home Health Administrator, and will plan, organize, direct, evaluate and coordinate the Home Health programs. They will direct the day-to-day operations. They will work closely with staff developing strategic plans, scheduling, coordinating referrals, patient volume distribution in a very busy department with an active patient census of nearly 200 patients.
The Healthcare Organization is looking for an experienced Home Health Clinician, with leadership experience and a love for patient care.
The Clinical Manager of Home Health will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of: RN's, LVN's, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aids, Speech Language Pathologists and Social Workers.
The Home Health Manager will oversee both clinical and administrative activities for the department. This person will actively manage the staffing and labor needs of the department, effectively utilizing all available staff resources to manifest a spirit of cooperation, allowing for patients to receive the best care possible. The Home Health Nurse Manager will take a progressive stance on educating and mentoring the professionals in this crucial department. The Manager collaborates with physicians, Directors, and other health care providers identifying and implementing innovative models and best practices, emphasizing service improvements and cost reduction.
