Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director L&D. Sign On Bonus.
The Director reports to the Senior Director, Vice President and/or the Chief Nursing Officer. Responsible with full accountability for 143 staff, 40-50 beds, and management of patient care in each unit. Liaison between physicians and the patient care team and works cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and all customers of the Healthcare System to provide services, which consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.
- 3+ years recent RN acute care experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- 5 years of L&D experience in an acute care setting.
- Min 2 years of management in L&D in an acute care setting.
- MUST have L&D experience.
