Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Coordinator Medical Surgical Inpatient will oversee patient care coordination, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and facilitate communication between interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. What's Needed to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
- Registered Nurse RN license within the state
- Prior leadership experience in an acute clinical setting.
