Requirements Please do not reach out to Lafayette, Crowley, Jennings CRNAs. OR CRNAs contracted to Ochsner with Louisiana Anesthesia Solutions/Krewe Anesthesia providers. Do not reach out to CRNAs living in Lafayette and 15-mile radius we know all of these providers, will not clear/ we have talked to them about oppotunities if they are elligable to be hired. We will remove any vendors from this search that does not follow this simple request. We would like to offer 6-month contracts full time, MAX pay is $220/hr, 1k weekly stipend for CRNA who needs to travel into Lafayette. We are open to providers who are willing to work at least 2 weeks per month. Would prefer 2 providers to equal to 1 FTE or 1 FTE willing to do 5, 8-9 hr shifts per week. Open to providers who are locums or locums to perm. Would give first priority to candidates who are locum to perm.
