PLEASE NOTE: There will be no OT rate for this assignment request If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 7 daysafter acceptance as this is a new start for CHS HBP. Your bid runs the risk ofcancelation if all onboarding documents are not uploaded within the 7-daytimeframe. All credentialing documents are in the "other documents"tab.
